Does Viva Chicken offer franchising or investment opportunities?

Thank you for loving Viva enough to want to be a franchisee! We are currently in plans of expanding our concept to other cities. However, the owners don’t have plans to franchise at this time.

Can your signature sauces be shipped?

Sauces are not available for shipping, however they can be delivered in radius of a nearby VIVA location, available through Doordash

Can physical/digital gift cards be loaded to the mobile app?

Yes! You can easily load both physical and digital gift cards into the Viva Chicken mobile app. Simply open the app, go to the Reload tab, and tap Add Gift Card. The funds from your gift card will then be added to your app balance for easy use when ordering.

Do you sponsor Donations/Spirit Nights/Fundraising Events?

Thank you for thinking of VIVA for your next event. We are partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help children with cancer. All of our charitable efforts are dedicated to that partnership.
