Within you NEW Viva Chicken APP you have 3 different Point Levels.
Lets Break it Down!
1. Status Points = For exisiting Viva Chicken Insider Members for this year these points will match the number of points you have earned since being a VIVA Insiders Member. These points will reset each year. What does that mean? It means each year you will have re-earn your status. Good news that means more VIVA Chicken in your life each year.
2. Lifetime Points = The number of points points you have earned since being a VIVA Chicken Loyalty member. These points will never reset.
3. NEW Bankable Points = Are NEW for our NEW VIVA Insider Loyalty Program. These are the points you earn by eating VIVA Chicken. You can use these points to purchase VIVA Chicken Rewards within your APP only.

Sign up for Loyalty by downloading the Viva Chicken App, creating a profile and log in.
When you make a purchase with your loyalty number by ordering in store or order for pick up using your app you will gain points automatically.
Ordering in store or by the phone, simply scan your app or give the cashier your phone number and earn points.
The app and your receipt will keep you updated on how many points you have earned.
VIVA Insider Status – As soon as you sign up –Earn your first $5 Reward (You earn 10 points per $1)
Yellow Status – 1000 Points – (You earn 10 points per $1)
Green Status – 4,000 Points – (You earn 11 points per $1)
Red Status – 10,000 Points – (You earn 12 points per $1)

Your Transaction History is located in the app.
1. Open your Viva Chicken App and select the my account tab at the bottom of your app home screen.
2. Tap History You’ll see a list showing the date and full order total of all transactions made with the app.
3. You will find all of your orders listed. You will see how many points you earned per transaction on the paper receipt that is given to you during your visit.
Yes! Our points can be earned at any Viva Chicken – we hope you visit all 15!
You are able to earn points by adding your phone number at time of purchase in any Viva Chicken location.
Bankable points and status points expire at the beginning of the physical year. Lifetime points do not expire..
You can earn points for any online purchase made though your Viva Chicken App or through online ordering using the login credentials you use for the App. Unfortunately, no points can be earned though Uber since they are a third party company.
No you will not receive points for the purchase of a Viva Chicken Gift Card in store or online.
You can earn 1500 points per visit.
Redeem the item first in the Reward Shop on your app. Then add the matching item to your cart and go to checkout. Tap “Apply Rewards.” If the item isn’t in your cart, the reward won’t appear.
Once you reach 7,500 bankable points, they automatically turn into a $30 reward. You have 30 days to use this reward.
If something seems off, we can reissue the $30 reward, but we can’t put the points back — they’ll just auto-redeem again once you hit the threshold.
The most common fix is updating the app to the latest version. Please also ensure that you are logged into your Viva Points account when placing an order.
This usually means one of two things:
The email on your account might be different than the one you’re checking
Your email provider may be blocking the reset email
If it’s being blocked, you can whitelist guest@tsg.pxsmail.com or try a different email address.
Send us your phone number if you are continuing to have issue and we can check or update your account as needed.
