• Does my catering order come with plates and utensils?

  Yes, your order will include plates, plasticware, and serving utensils.

• Does my catering come with warming racks?

  We offer disposable warming racks for an additional charge. We recommend one rack per hot item. If you have any questions, feel free to call us.

• How far in advance should I place my catering order?

  We recommend placing your order 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that last-minute needs arise. Please call us at 833-VIVACKN to discuss any urgent requests with one of our catering specialists.

• What is the delivery fee?

  The delivery fee covers the maintenance of our vehicles and catering equipment. The fee varies based on the delivery distance and location. Please note that the delivery fee does not include gratuity.

• Do sauces come with my order?

  Yes! For package orders, you’ll receive 2 bottles of sauce for every 20 guests. For à la carte items, you’ll get 1 bottle per pan of chicken, rice, or platter of sandwiches.

• What types of events do you cater?

  Viva Chicken Catering is perfect for any event, whether it’s an office gathering, home celebration, school event, tailgate, wedding, rehearsal dinner, or any other occasion. We can customize our services to make your event unforgettable.

• Do you provide vegetarian options?

  Absolutely! While chicken is our specialty, 70% of our menu can be made vegetarian.

• Is delivery available?

  Yes, we offer delivery 7 days a week.
